Yasmin Shah MHSc, MEd is a qualified Qigong instuctor and offers classes and workshops in the Bexhill area of East Sussex.
Qigoing is a way of increasing vitality, strength and balance through gentle movements and exercises. It is a way of developing wellbeing. Qigong is gentle and safe enough for anyone to do and can have many benefits.
Practising qigong can have a calming or invigorating effect, be relaxing and really does feel good!
Come to weekly classes of gentle movements and exercises which aim to increase wellbeing. These exercises are suitable for people of all ages and abilities, including complete beginners and those who have done qigong before. Please wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
Classes are £5.00
Weekly classes run from the week of September 5th until Christmas 2011.
No classes on Mon 19 Sep and 17 Oct; Wed Oct 19 and 26th; and Thur 20 Oct.
